The Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) is a state government initiative launched by Haryana to encourage affordable housing development in urban and semi-urban areas. Under this scheme, the government facilitates the development of plotted colonies by private developers across different sectors of Gurgaon.
The objective is to provide affordable residential plots to mid-income families and promote planned urbanization in areas surrounding rapidly growing cities like Gurgaon. These plots are offered in various sizes, typically ranging from 60 sq. yards to 180 sq. yards, with well-planned internal roads, proper drainage, and basic amenities.
