I just wanted to let the Emirates Airlines London office know about our wonderful experience. My family and I were greeted by the personnel with sincere warmth and kindness as soon as we arrived. In addition to answering all of our inquiries and making sure our children were at ease and enthusiastic about the trip, they carefully walked us through the booking process. The personal touch was what really made the difference, not just the service. We were content and stress-free when we departed. We are really grateful to the crew for making our trip easier!
