- Real-Time Monitoring and Visualization: The SCADA server communicates with the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for real-time monitoring. The operator uses the HMI to view data trends, equipment status, and performance indicators.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Data Analysis: SCADA systems collect data over time, which can be analyzed for patterns, optimization opportunities, or preventive maintenance planning. Historical data analysis helps in improving process efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Reporting: SCADA systems generate reports that can be used for performance reviews, regulatory compliance, and management decisions.
