The router’s bandwidth WiFi channels function to provide signals to the networked devices with little interference. To prevent disruptions, you must select the channels that are the least crowded or in use. Hence, for the 2.4 GHz band on the router, consider selecting 1, 6, or 11. Following Wavlink router login, go to the web interface and select the advanced options to make that choice on your router. Options for bandwidth channels, frequency bands, security encryption, and a number of other things are available there. Next, choose the less crowded channel by clicking on the Channel option, and finally, click the Save button. Ensure that the channel you select is not part of your neighbor’s network. Conversely, you can make use of the Wavlink WiFi app on your smartphone for the same process. That app portal will also provide you with the same features as the web interface.
