Hey! I’ve actually worked on mobile-first proxy marketing ads a few times now, and here’s what’s really helped me — hope it helps you too.
First off, think mobile screen first, not just mobile-friendly. That means vertical layout, large buttons, short text, and fast loading visuals. When people are scrolling on their phones, they don’t want to wait or squint. I learned this the hard way when one of my early campaigns had desktop-style banners — click-through was horrible on mobile.
What really made a difference for me was using lightweight creatives that load fast on slower networks, especially if you’re targeting regions where 4G isn’t consistent. Also, keep your CTA super clear — like “Try Now” or “Watch Free” — and make sure it’s above the fold.
I use 7Search PPC to run some of these campaigns. What I like is it lets me easily test multiple creatives on different devices, and their traffic sources are quite mobile-heavy — which is exactly what you want for this kind of approach. I usually test 2–3 versions and stick with the one that converts best.
