Hello! My family and I recently made our way through the Southwest Airlines IAH Terminal and had an excellent experience. Check-in went smoothly due to the self-check kiosks and courteous people waiting to help. Security checkpoints moved along with ease, relieving the worry of traveling with children. Through the terminal, we discovered numerous seating areas as well as plug points to recharge, so the wait was no issue. The dining choices were excellent—we had a quick bite to eat before getting on. The whole experience, from check-in to takeoff, was well-run, and the Southwest staff made it all stress-free. I would highly recommend flying out of this terminal for a stress-free flight!
