I had a mixed experience at my most recent Spirit Airlines MCI Terminal. The staff appeared a little hurried, but the check-in procedure was simple. I was pleased that the trip arrived on time, but as is common with low-cost airlines, the seats were very close together. Although I appreciate the minimalist approach, I thought the extra costs for food and baggage were a little high. Overall, Spirit might work if you’re searching for cheap tickets, but be ready to make some compromises.
