Hi there, I went to the Delta Airlines Lagos Office to alter some details on my travel itinerary. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. From the time I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and led to the correct counter. The lady who assisted me was highly professional and patient. I had a problem with a flight date change due to a family emergency, and she took the time to outline all my options without encouraging the most costly ones. She even got me rebooked without charging me extra fees, which I greatly appreciated. The office was tidy, air-conditioned (thank goodness!), and they appeared to have an efficient system for dealing with the queue. If you’re in Lagos and need in-person support from Delta, this office is definitely worth visiting. They were polite, fast, and most importantly—human. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days. Would definitely recommend it.
